MOR Collections. From pop-up tables to a 5X ROAS storefront.
Mayuri Baheti had spent years building MOR Collections the hard way — one pop-up show, one market stall, one event at a time. The product was right and the customers were real. What she didn't have was a storefront that sold the way she did in person.
Systems installed
What we put in place.
- 01
Website conversion structures
Product page architecture, offer hierarchy, and the trust sequencing that does in pixels what Mayuri did at a market stall.
- 02
Ads structures on existing creative
No new shoots, no new budget. We restructured campaigns around the content she already owned.
- 03
Offer positioning
Repositioning the hero offer around the cultural story that made the brand work in person.
- 04
Measurement discipline
Clean attribution so every future decision had a number behind it rather than a hunch.
The challenge
Where it was stuck.
Event-led businesses hit a specific wall. In person, Mayuri could read a customer, tell the story behind a piece, and close. Online, that entire layer disappeared — visitors landed on a catalogue and left.
The instinct at this stage is almost always to buy more traffic. But traffic into a store that can't tell its own story just raises the cost of proving the same point twice.
The solution
What we actually did.
We started on-site, not in the ad account. Mayuri implemented a fraction of our website conversion structures — not the whole system, just the parts that carried the in-person story into the page.
Only once the storefront could convert did we touch advertising. Her existing content went into our ad structures unchanged. The creative was never the problem; the container around it was.
“With Voya – I now know with 99% certainty that what I put in with time or money will give me a return.”
Mayuri Baheti · Founder, MOR Collections
The results
What actually happened.
Conversions rose 200% within seven days — on a partial implementation, with the same traffic she already had.
With the storefront converting, the ad structures returned a 5X ROAS using content she'd already produced. The economics of every future dollar changed at that point.
